There are a variety of factors that go into the cost of service. For example, the number of months, specific duty requirements and other contributions as well. We would be happy to meet with you and discuss what your specific needs are.
- What type of background check is performed on your security guards?

We conduct an extensive internal investigation including prior employment and personal references. We perform a nationwide database search into each applicant’s criminal background. Security personnel must undergo criminal history fingerprint checks conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety and the FBI.

It is a mistake to think your alarm or surveillance systems are all the protection you need. Experienced burglars are bold enough to do their job even with an alarm blaring. Unfortunately, it can take police a long time to respond. And neighbors are so used to hearing alarms they rarely stop to even consider if this may be a real emergency. Even if they do see what is happening, they are unlikely to put themselves at risk.

Our vaults are designed to provide the highest level of security. They are made with reinforced steel and equipped with state-of-the-art security systems, including motion detectors, cameras, and alarms.
- What happens if i loose my key or access card to the facility?

You will be issued with two identical keys at the time of rental. If you lose one or both keys, you should inform Dolt Security Vaults immediately. You will then need to make an appointment with us, to ensure you are present when a locksmith drills open your box. You will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith and the subsequent repairs that are required.
Replacement Lock – engineer required: €300
If you lose your access card, a new card will be issued at a replacement cost of €30 including VAT. Access to your box will not be granted without the appropriate access card. - Do the security guards keep daily reports?

Depending on management needs, daily security reports can be provided for each shift. Incident reports will be provided if some of sort of security violation occurs. This would consist of any criminal activity, any property loss or damage, any falls or injuries occurring on the property. Electronic reporting can be provided to clients.
- How long will my shipment take?

Shipping times vary from port to port by distance, routing and congestion. Transit time is calculated once the container is on board the vessel and confirmed departed. Quoted transit times do not take into account delays that may occur due to poor weather conditions, customs processing and/or examination. Consolidated cargo will take longer considering earlier cut-off times to allow for the documentation and loading process.
- What does Door-to-Door delivery means?

Door-to-Door delivery is a full service where we arrange to pick up the shipment from its location of origin to its destination, right to the specified address. This commonly refers to the freight charges. Charges on top of Door-to-Door can be exempt of offloading, customs, and port charges.
